Every user will be given a unique HelloChat ID after sign up.
To find your HelloChat ID, please go to Profile (bottom right corner) -> Setting (Top right corner) -> Account Security
If you forget your login password, please tap Forget Password -> enter your Phone Number and tap Next -> enter Verification Code received by SMS -> enter your New password and tap Reset Password
To reset your account/login password, please go to Profile (bottom right corner) -> Setting (Top right corner) -> Account Security -> Reset Account Password -> enter your old and new password and tap Save
To reset your payment password, please go to eWallet -> Setting (on the top right corner) -> Change Payment Password -> enter your Phone Number and tap Get Code-> enter Verification Code received by SMS -> enter your New 6-digit password and tap Save
To find your digital number, please go to eWallet -> Top-up -> then you could see the digital number on the page.
All transactions made within HelloChat are free of charge!
There are 2 ways to transfer money:
1. QR Code: go to eWallet -> Pay -> scan recipient’s receive QR code -> enter transfer amount -> enter payment password
2. InChat: tap “+” -> Transfer -> enter Amount and Notes, then tap Next -> enter payment password
There are 2 ways to receive money:
1. QR Code: go to eWallet -> Receive -> Set Amount needed to receive (optional)
2. InChat: tap the Money Transfer message -> Accept
To split bills, please go to eWallet -> Split -> Create Now -> Enter total amount -> Select the account for the bill -> Create split bill -> HelloChat will automatically split the bill and sent it to your friends
To invite other user as your HelloChat friend, tap camera icon to Scan QR Code or select “+” -> enter HelloChat ID / phone number -> Send Request -> enter message and tap Send
To edit your HelloChat profile information, please go to Profile (bottom right corner) -> Edit (Top of the page) -> tap on the field you would like to edit
If you would like to deactivate your account, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
• Subject line: Account Deactivation – Your HelloChat ID
• The phone number associate with the account

To top up your eWallet, please go to eWallet -> Top Up -> follow the e-Transfer instruction to complete the transfer.
Please allow 1-2 hours for the transfer to be completed.
If you forget to put the digital number on the message field for e-transfer, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
• Your digit number
• The name on e-transfer
• E-transfer amount
• Name of the financial institution
Our operation team will help you to top up as soon as we receive your information.
The transaction time varies depending on the financial institution. Please check the status of your transfer, only the status of “deposited/auto deposited” (please note that the status “sent” does not mean “deposited”) means the transfer is completed. We kindly recommend you to contact your bank to see if the transaction has been successfully transferred or if other information regarding this transaction.

Withdrawing money from eWallet to your bank account is free and secure.
To withdraw the money, please go to eWallet -> Withdraw -> enter withdraw amount -> Confirm Withdrawal -> enter Payment Password
Please allow 1-2 business days for the withdrawal to complete, you will see the withdrawn money in your bank account balance when the process is done.
To check your transaction history or details, please go to eWallet -> tap Balance -> select the transition to view full details
To link your bank account to HelloChat, please go to eWallet -> Card -> “+” (top right corner) -> Add Bank Account -> Continue to select your financial institution -> enter your bank account information following the instructions
Once the set-up is completed, you could find the information of your bank accounts in Card.
Yes, your sensitive information is safe. We are partnered with Flinks to verify your identity and ensure your financial information is not accessible to anyone but yourself. Flinks uses AES-256 hardware encryption to protect your data and works in concert with the banks. We are a registered money services business and hold an MSB license to legally conduct financial transactions as a business entity. To find out what that entails, please check here. To remove linked bank account, please go to eWallet -> Card -> tap and hold the account you would like to remove and swipe to left -> Delete
